These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between nbage ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who uses this website ("User", "you"). By accessing nbage.lat or registering an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes to the extent reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• You may only create one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

Account Security

nbage may request identity verification documents at any time, such as a copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure.

Deposit

The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on nbage: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using a payment account registered in a third party's name is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to block and investigate any transaction where suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Generally completed within 5–30 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is still pending.

Welcome Bonus

nbage offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit or total balance).

• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are not counted as cash until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• The bonus can only be claimed once — the same person, device, IP address, or payment account cannot be used to claim it again.

Bonus Cancellation

A bonus may be forfeited in the following cases: creating an account with false information, abusing bonus terms, fraudulent or irregular betting patterns, or using multiple accounts.

nbage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. Specific terms for each offer are listed on that offer's page.

nbage's VIP Program has three tiers. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Cashback is calculated on net losses each week. It is credited directly to the account and can be withdrawn without any preconditions.

Users must use nbage's services in an honest, fair, and lawful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or system abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial means to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors in the platform.
• Colluding with other users to defraud the system.

For any of the above violations, nbage reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.
